We accept Paypal payment on our website, we also can process credit payment with our own credit card processor at home. If you prefer not to use Paypal, please contact us. Paypal can be used for customers with no Paypal account. 

Mexican Pewter is handcraft by hand therefore there will be minor variations in size and shapes. The photos on the website are pictures of the actual product that will be shipped to you.  All the pieces are manufactured in a small factory in near Guadalajara, Mexico. 



We will ship all all orders within 1-2 business days of payment.  All orders in the US are shipped via  USPS, parcel post or priority depending on the buyer's choice. You will be able to track your order online. We offer optional insurance and will send you an email confirmation.  

All International Orders will be shipped via DHL. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it within 15 days for a refund or exchange via in the original package if possible.  Shipping charges are not refunded.  We also recommend that the item be shipped via USPS and send us the tracking number via email.  Contact us for return information.

Report any damage product caused by shipping within 2 days of receiving it, please send us a picture of the damage if possible.  We will contact you for the return or exchange of the product. 

Keeping our customers satisfied is our primary concern. We will not divulge or sell any your information to anyone. To further insure your privacy, no customers records are kept on hard drive.  All credit card information will be shredded after payment is processed and approved by our credit card vendor, CardService International.
